Patios built for the way you live outside.
Stamped concrete, flagstone and paver patios, designed and built on a proper base, for homes in Aldie, Leesburg, Chantilly and across Northern Virginia.
Sized for the table, built on the base.
Two things decide whether you will love a patio in ten years: whether it is the right size and shape for how you use it, and what is underneath it. We spend time on both before a single stone is set.
We start with how you want to use the space, whether that is dinner for eight, two chairs and a coffee, or a grill and a fire pit, and size the patio to fit. Then we excavate, compact the base and set the surface so it drains away from the house.
Because we also do the planting, the patio gets finished with beds around it, not a strip of bare soil.

Asked before every patio.
Stamped concrete, flagstone or pavers?
Stamped concrete gives a stone look in one continuous surface and is usually the most economical. Flagstone is natural stone and suits traditional homes. Pavers come in many colours and are easy to repair. We will talk through all three against your house and budget.
How long does a patio take?
It depends on size, access and weather. Your written estimate will include the expected schedule.
Do I need HOA approval?
In many Loudoun and Fairfax neighbourhoods, yes. We can provide the drawing and details your HOA asks for.
When should I start planning a spring patio?
Fall and winter. Starting the conversation before the new year gives you the best choice of dates.
How does pricing work?
