When should a system be winterized?
Before the first hard freeze, usually late October to mid-November in Northern Virginia.
Will you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. Most of the systems we service were installed by others.
One zone is not coming on. Can you fix that?
Usually it is a valve, a wire or the controller. We will track it down and let you know what it needs.
